Prenatal Yoga Series – 12:30 Saturday’s with Anne
4-week series beginning January 18
A weekly series for mamas-to-be. Learn how to practice yoga safely and learn about receive the many, many benefits of a yoga practice as you move through the different stages of your pregnancy, including building strength and stamina, and learning breathing techniques that can help you in labor. Good for those new to yoga or those with a seasoned practice.
Pre-registration required – $50 for 4 weekly classes.
